Euan Robson will talk about the Renewable Energy Foundation, registered charity encouraging the development of renewable energy and energy conservation consistent with the fundamental principles of sustainability.  Euan Robson is the Scottish Representative of REF and will give an overview of the work of REF in the UK. He will then cover the position in Scotland which as he says "is not what it seems"  Euan will then deal with local issues and invite questions."
