TALK: "Gus from Earth Calling" (North West Edinburgh Eco-Club

Gus from Earth Calling: a talk about his wildlife adventures: near, far and all around.  Everyone with an interest in wildlife and the environment, including children age 5 and over, welcome!
 
Earth Calling supplies 'hands on' unique environmental projects and activities to schools and the community. Established in 1999, they  encourage children and young adults to get involved in the future protection and conservation of their local environment.
 
Gus Egan was a Scottish Wildlife Trust conservation volunteer from 1993-95, studied Conservation Management, Oatridge College  1995-97 and was SWT Wildlife Watch Senior Team Leader from 1998-2007 before setting up Earth Calling.
 
The North West Edinburgh Eco Club was set up in October 2008 with the objective to bring together individuals who share an interest in the environment and ecology.  They arrange talks and discussions with relevant organisations such as Energy Savings Trust, RSPB, SWT, Scottish Renewables, Changeworks etc and they are in the process of forging links with other like minded organisations.
 
There is no charge for attendance and it should appeal to persons of all ages.
