Speaker: Donald Reid, Slow Food Edinburgh
Scotland's larder is getting plenty of attention these days, but what exactly is it that we're producing and how do you get hold of it? Donald Reid, food and drink editor of The List magazine and the man behind The Larder, a recently published guide to Scotland's food and drink, talks about how being better acquainted with our local food can play dividends for our local economy, environment, culture and communities. Not to mention inspiring better food for all.
Donald will be bringing along coffee from Broughton Street's Artisan Roast, and biscuits made by Stoats, the local porridge bar company. Please feel free to bring along your own favourite food to share with others.
